My name is Eugene.

There is no dramatic story behind how this began. No single moment where everything changed. What I can say is this. I have always been drawn to the idea of creating something that lasts beyond the moment. Not just something you consume, but something you feel. Something that stays with you.

I wanted to create an ice cream that holds its taste, its texture, and its experience in a way that doesn’t fade the second it’s gone. Something that feels complete. Something that means something.

But I also know this.

None of this comes from me alone.

Everything I have, everything I am building, every idea that has come to life here comes from God. He placed this in me. He guides it. He sustains it. And because of that, this is not just a product. It is an expression of what He has given me.
